At PrimeNest, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently across South Africa.





2. Shipping Method



We use Aramex Store to Door for all deliveries.


  • Delivery is made directly to your provided address
  • A tracking number will be issued once your order has been shipped






3. Processing Time



  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays






4. Delivery Time



  • Estimated delivery time: 10- 15 business days after dispatch

5. Shipping Costs



  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout (if applicable)
  • Any promotions (e.g. free shipping) will be clearly communicated on our website






6. Delays & External Factors



While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe:


  • Delays may occur due to:
    • High order volumes
    • Weather conditions
    • Courier operational delays
    • Remote or outlying delivery areas



We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


However, we will always:


  • Assist you with tracking your order
  • Communicate any significant delays where possible

7. Order Tracking



Once your order has been shipped:


  • You will receive a tracking number via email
  • You can track your parcel directly through the courier






8. Incorrect Address Disclaimer



Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.


  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
    • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery






9. Lost or Missing Parcels



If your parcel appears to be lost:

  • We will investigate the matter with the courier



If confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with applicable law.
